Austin Home Feature (Biophilic Issue)

It always feels good to see one’s work in print. This feature focuses on 4 Austin-based artists who are clearly inspired by our natural Texas surroundings. This is the “Biophilic Issue.” Biophilia is the love of nature and her many living things. For me that also includes the entropic parts, which I tend to acknowledge in a wabi-sabi sort of way. I don’t necessarily remember saying that bit about “conduits for air or spirit” but I do kinda talk like that:) Grateful to Phillip Niemeyer for making this connection possible.
